What an absolute amazing experience. I have been buying cars for 40 years and the folks at Hunter Ford made it seamless and wonderful. They were honest and knowledgeable. They made shopping for a car fun again. I will recommend Hunter Ford to all my friends and family.

I absolutely love Hunter Ford. They are good people. When I finally done driving the Edge that I currently own, I will buy my next car at Hunter Ford as well. I am sure that I will have this car for a long long time though. It is a very reliable car from a very reliable dealership.

Everything went well this time

Quick overview: Easy to work with and they delivered the vehicle to me in Illinois! I was looking at a used Toyota Venza they had for sale and asked if they delivered to Illinois. They said no problem. I went through all the online paperwork etc and they had two nice ladies deliver it to me on a Monday. The vehicle has been great and they were very nice. Just like every car shopping experience you have to be educated and take your time shopping around.

We had a great no pressure purchase at Hunter Ford with Mitchell as our salesperson. He explained everything well and we got a great new truck. We will be returning for service and had a great purchasing experience.

Service was fine just took a long time for an oil change. 2 hours on a Friday mid morning. Credit card reader didn’t work so checking out took a bit longer. I’ll give them another chance.

I took advantage of the special deal for an oil change and tire rotation. It was a good deal, took very little time, and I just dropped in and was taken immediately.

Stan was nice…no pressure

My wife and I had an awesome experience at Hunter! Andrew was a great help working through our trade-in and working a deal out for my wife’s dream Bronco! The peace of mind that comes with the extended warranty is huge and the price is unbeatable!

They took my very specific requests for a family vehicle and a niche zippy commuter car, procured the vehicles, managed logistics to transport me from the airport in Ft. Ford F150 sounds beautiful

Honestly had a nice experience with Logan. He was very easy going, relatable, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. The process was pretty fast and easy. The car I chose had a check engine light during the test drive which they are servicing. Overall was a good experience with a nice sales team.

I had taken my truck in to be looked at due to what ended up being a starter issue, with that there were other things found and there was a misunderstanding on pricing. Kaeley Ross took excellent care of us. She was patient, and understanding and figured it out for us and helped us more than she knows. Amongst this interaction we found out she was doing more than just her title, with that being said she was amazing. And its a lot of preasure on someone who isnt getting paid to do the work of two people let alone a position thats above hers(from my understanding) I want to make it clear, she was NOT complaining nor was she spewing information about the work environment. She was stressed, had a long week and she got emotional(most women do its okay I do too). This girl deserves a paid vacation, and a raise. Im not talking a yearly normal raise. Im saying give her a bonus, or a raise or both. Not the gift cards but help her financially because over two months shes been acting as two different roles and she deserves that and you know it too. Dont take advantage of that girl. She just wants to do well at her job and she has done amazing. It may be silly coming from a customer, but she really took care of my husband and I and made our experience with yall great, if not for her I wouldn't be coming back with my other vehicle. Thank you kaeley, I hope this finds you and you get something out of this review, because you are awesome and we appreciate you greatly!

Brent the mechanic found a dangerous and needed repairs on my rare 1962 Thunderbird Retractable Convertible that had been overlooked by previous shops. The whole staff at Hunters were friendly and a pleasure to work with, including Karley and Courtney who I dealt with. I had a very good experience working with Hunter on my new vehicle. I found the sales personnel friendly and knowledgeable and the finance & insurance personnel professional, thorough and personable. Hunter allowed me to shop the way I wanted without feeling pressured or rushed. I rarely give props to car dealerships but Hunter Ford made my experience a pleasant one.

Jim Adams helped immensely with purchase of an off lease Lincoln vehicle. As a Lincoln owner himself he was very familiar with Lincoln's variances from Ford tech applications and thoroughly walked me thru them and discussed the plusses and minuses of each choice. It was an excellent buying experience.

They stayed late to finalize the sale. Very friendly.

Power was out when I went but the wonderful service to get me started for a next day appt. Power came back on got in and out efficiently as they could with the power and internet rebooting. Nice polite atmosphere. Greeted at the door. Left same day with a amazing car.

I still believe mandatory dealer-installed add-ons should be clearly reflected in the advertised price or very plainly disclosed upfront. That said, I do want to give credit because they followed up and ultimately made it right. The car has been great, and the salesperson was professional and courteous throughout the process. I’m updating my rating to reflect the fact that while the original experience was frustrating, the dealership did take accountability after the fact

Garrett and the team treated us very kindly and made us feel like we were their top priority. I also feel like their prices are super competitive and they offer great coverages for their Ford Vehicles.

I drove about 200 miles to get a car. Stan reached out to me a few times to ensure I was still on my way as well as ensure me that there will be enough time for me to get this car. Upon arrival things went rather quickly, friendly. The cat is a plus. Things didn't take too long, all the staff was a delight to interact with. Happy with the purchase.
